Along with the diapers, we decided to also use washable wipes: it's Patches square of fabric that can get wet with water or detergent solution.
We made this choice for two reasons: for not using yet another disposable product resulting in over-filling of the bin indifferentiation and because virtually all the towels on the market contain irritants and toxic (.. also mold of formaldehyde, the face of the product for children!).
We have two types: one made with a thicker layer of microfiber and a flannel Pelosetta and a thinner one made with a layer of microfleece and cotton. Second, I find it much more practical, because the party remains in good cotton waste, while the micro-off excess wet, also being exploited in more subtle and clean the inguinal folds, the first type I prefer to use it to clean the face and body (because more often and soft).
We have arranged with a bowl of water near the changing table to wet the towel (but who has the baby in the bathroom is by far an advantage because it may rinse in warm water), and when we go we bring the 'water in a bottle and voila.
As for washing, put the towels in the bin and wash cloth diapers all together. Usually just a towel to change, but change is particularly "dirty" understood that if they use two or three, however we should have more than thirty in all and we have always in abundance. Among other things, these wipes are also useful for making hot compresses on the breasts or to wash / dry.
